My thinking was that management did not think they could deliver the gold for the hedge.

I am a long term Bull on BLK but until production is reliably achieved there could be queries over how much they can actually achieve.

In the short term, BLK will move with POG. For what it is worth, $1000 USD is a chance before January 1, 2017.

That is approx. $1350 AUD.

Hopefully it holds 50 cents but I think it may test 35 - 40 cents over the next 6 weeks.

Remember big money is always made over the long term.

Hold and buy in weakness.
