Was it last week that DCN completely botched a placement, with Mr. Market taking a hatchet to the sp? DCN was sitting at $2.97 with its placement priced at $2.75.
Was it in August that BLK completed a private placement at $1.00 with its sp at %1.15?
Add that to the in-place hedging and BLK's management's astute prudence comes to the fore, 'nuff said.
