There are still supply constraints though which are liable to be worsened by some of the present producers who will find it is simply uneconomic to produce at the present tin price and longer term it will slow down the development of more tin mines that are more marginal then Heemskirk.

By the time the mine is up and running the tin price will have more than bounce backed due to those same supply constraints.

Every increase in tin meanwhile will help when it comes to cutting a deal to get up and running.
