it’s a pretty good question actually, most good announcements like this one are ushered in by a share price rise heading towards a halt. Not so this time. You could argue AM7 management etc possess good integrity etc and no information was leaked , or if it was, the inner circle also have knowledge of an another announcement due shortly, which will dampen short term expectations.
or things might just go nuts
