Pixby since the new rule has come in, I always vote against the remuneration report,if twenty five percent vote against, after two years, all directors come up for re-election.

Its the closest thing to a no vote.

MM must be under considerable pressure to deliver(I'm only guessing),materially for all SHrs on both Uley and Cultana/Myall Creek.
The appointment of a sole adviser for the sale process for Uley,is an interesting by-play.
If its a good deal, management will take the credit,if its a bad deal,management will blame the adviser.

Not too long to wait I think.
