Out of interest apart from birds could there be any issues from native americans in Colarado opposed to disruptions to mother earth as they put it from oil and gas projects?
See the recent article of protests in Arizona noting DME appear to be going ahead regardless in Arizona and might of done solar power to keep the native americans happy.
