Just received my notice and explanatory statement in the mail in relation to the proposed Performance Plan.
These have been formulated after "Extensive consultation across a range of shareholders". I could believe that with Tranche 1 and 2 as these are well worded and specific measured outcomes.
Tranches 3, 4 and 5, not so much and Tranche 5 is a complete piss take.
Apologies if this has been discussed robustly on another thread but is front of mind having just received it in the mail and my earlier comment today.
