With the AGM and proposed resolutions that are to be voted on, the Company's Directors will endeavour to get as much spin out as possible and unfortunately the recent news is just news that people expected some time ago. Their news flow needs to be better planned but if you have nothing to talk about that makes it difficult.

There wont be a CR. That ridiculous and they don't need it in the short term. Speaking of the AGM. The majority of the resolutions, unless supported by the institutions and VC guys that tipped into their hats at $0.056, are likely to be defeated at that AGM. The Directors need to understand the shareholders gave them the heap of cash at $0.056 to execute and to date the execution hasn't occurred so how can you put your hand out for performance shares when the performance hasn't occurred and arguably more has occurred under the Kendrick stewardship?

If they aren't careful the current Board might be in for a rude shock and a potential 249D. Was at a meeting last week where exactly that was discussed and wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't happen post the AGM. If I was on the Board in an NED capacity or even as Chair, I would be nervous.

Perhaps, a Change of Board and focus on the execution of what was a really well laid out plan, might be what is needed to get the SP back to where it was when the CR occurred and get it back on track to the >$0.20 target and beyond?

BNL still hasn't done what was laid out by Kendrick back in March 2021..... yawn!

I for one think the current SP is ridiculously cheap if the helium is actually there and that alone should have already scuttled any thoughts of performance shares. Wil be buying more but need to be careful of not becoming a substantial, or maybe I should?
