Everything in mining takes longer than expected. There are weather delays and logistical delays and a multitude of other delays. This is very normal.
Focus on the positive announcements. Todd has been appointed to over see the drill, the machinery/ team is the same as Todd uses and Jess #1 and an offtake has already been agreed.
Breathe and be patient. There is still 8-9 weeks left in Q1.
