I think you've misinterpreted that.
He simply has stated a fact that 95% of helium produced globally is from natural gas / hydrocarbon operations.
It's certainly not a green-wash statement either. It would be greenwashing if he'd made claims. "Green" helium just refers to helium that contains very little to no hydrocarbons.
