This is total green-washing crap, it'd be the same resource extraction process as for hydrocarbons. One could even argue hydrocarbon-derived He has LESS of an environmental impact if you're already sucking up the other gases anyway. For He to be green, it would have to be a renewable resource (spoiler: it is not).
Makes me grumpy that people can be blatantly mislead like this! Recommend generic caution about this mob's claims.
