    Brilliant sourcing of a JV partner who is willing to pay for EVERYTHING up to & including the BFS on the project while HLX retains a 20% free carry.

    Clearly Mick & the gang think the Chile asset is significant enough to maintain some level of interest in & they've been able to structure this nicely.

    Also it sharpens their focus on their prized jewels in the crown being Collerina & now Mundarlo (which has surprised all to the upside).
