Because the ASX is as inept as many company office holders, both of which have little idea of the definition of "market sensitive". They think it has to do with how the announcement effects the company in question's profit margins, when in fact it has to do with whether the announcement will effect the share price.
I think over 10% of announcements are incorrectly labelled. It's ridiculous. ASX should trying learning some definitions in their spare time.
