The company is cashed up and has a highly experienced board. Paterson aside, this board in particular is capable of an excellent acquisition to add shareholder value. Not that I would write off Pascale and the other targets at this stage based on the HEM/AMAG.

With David Frances, David Minchin, Tom Langley and Brandon Munro having considerable skin in the game, I expect them to act quickly to add value. Not just skin in the game though, David Frances, David Minchin and Tom Langley are highly experienced and successful geologists. They're not going to sit on their laurels here.
