I just don’t see investors putting their hard earned into DEG...

    I just don’t see investors putting their hard earned into DEG for lithium when there are 6-7 other Li juniors with great credentials, small MC’s and comparatively tiny SOI. A few decent Li assays gives the investor a lot more return in a coy with a $20-60m MC than one with a $2.5b MC.

    That’s what DEG is up against, for me it’s cleaner to spin it out - reward existing holders but keep the register on the new entity reasonable. Now if we had an operational gold mine and were already paying divi’s I’d say go ahead and keep the Li potential in-house but this is years away and a sc 5.5 spot price could be in the $1200t region by then.
