im not the one that should be panicking 30% fall since my post , i have all the time in the world i would only buy if it were at shell value. I dont think it will hit 4c it will and go lower, read the escrow announcements millions of dollars worth of stock about to hit the market. Have another look at the company your 20c valuation is what the company floated for initially not exactly an outperformer.
Lots of inconsistencies with your points:
Firstly
- 500 acre hemp harvest in September/October
- supply agreement for 30% of crop at 15mil
- total 500 acre crop worth 50mil+
If so why is the market cap filly diluted approx half of your so called 50 mill, because it is not money in the bank, just like mining companies that have billions of dollars worth of resource potential but have a market cap of a few million.
- future focused with LOI in Australian farms
This is a joke of a point , if you have done any business an LOI means nothing, also have you taken a look at the local Australian agricultural environment it is on its knees especially in the small end look at ABT , AAC etcc..
- ability to license and sell Ag-Tech to all farmers
this should read inability , no one wants the "ag tech" it is a bucket with a few sensors, whence why this went from 20c to 1c. Worst IPO in recent years
- third party valuation (green fund) values the company at 20c a share
- Morningstar still values this 16c+ a share
all meaningless you will find research reports with price targets 10x current SP doesn't mean it will get there , unless it is a reputable report from the likes of Goldman Sachs or JP Morgan.
Also the Morningstar report is computer generated through quant data and algorithms , have a look at any other stock and you will find the same, this is a typical amateur claim do your research.

Yes that is true , but clearly the trend is broken and the dump is on , have a look at the wider chart 20c to 1c and now 1c to 9c , probably will go back to one , trends are all about timelines. this is a pump to get smart money out(Placement was done at around 1c).

yes unless they were paying 9c a share i would take this with a grain of salt , the share price was at 4c in June , hence solidifying my point
- fully financed all the way till harvest
- bridging loan to finance the sales portion
There will be a capital raise imminent , and it will be done at much lower levels.
