I think it's more the oversupply - this is the second year of the hemp business and small businesses and farmers overinvested in this. If you think about it, hemp is a low barrier to entry market. THis is normal for any new low-barrier industry, a huge oversupply, most players loss a lot of money, leave the market, and the most competitive remain. We will see the same. In other words, expect more pain before things improve - i'm calling 3c in the next 2 weeks for CLI IMO
