For a cashflow negative business to set up a whole new processing plant or operation, hiring new marketing, sales, finance, and other operations and go into a market suffering from product congestion and potential oversupply is not necessarily a good move in my opinion.

They would be better to use raised and future funds to buy struggling farms that have high potential field and become a super provider of raw material, which they are apparently quite good at already and would require minimal additional back-office resources to scale.
