This is the opposite to what normally happens. Mr Market nearly always looks forward (rather than "wait & see" ) so that by the time
that money is in the bank, the market will have already factored -in that in share price and then looks forward to next year. Not so with CLI.

IMO, the CEO should have emphasised CLI's strengths over that of the average Hemp farrmer by promoting the features and benefits of
CLI's technology, agronomy & its hemp expert employees & its selection of strains; all to Manage/Minimise Risk and optimise harvest
returns. We are an ASX listed company and risk management is a prominent requirement of our ASX listing.

The CEO should give reguluar updates on CBD biomass pricing not alone to indicate that he is on top of his game, but also to
give prophets of doom less wiggle room on social media. It's all about being in control of the business and being ahead of the game, IMO.

This is an emerging buisness area that investors & the public generally know little about and CEOs have to be out there promoting their companies and their companies" prospects at every opportunity.
No one else will do it for them.

We pay our CEO $350K P/A with benefits and the opportunity to lift that to $1 million if harvest
revenue is over $45 million AUD.That is generous for a company with a Mkt Cap of $23 mil odd.

wouldn’t call it “over cautious”. More like being realistic about the risks.
