    Prancer, I have reread the HGG announcement and see it says the extraordinary dividend will be based on 1Q17 earnings. If I crudely add together last year's dividends of 19.5c and divide by 4, we may anticipate, say 4.5c.

    Sorry if my misreading of HGG's announcement prompted higher expectations. It could be higher on better earnings as the business is being run for cash to jockey for position ahead of the merger.

    I think it great buying at these prices.
