This is very good deal for shareholders and the share price should reflect this tomorrow.
Asset Mgt is a "build once sell it 1000 times" business so its a scale game with a lot of operating leverage.

WG159 i'm not sure I agree with your assessment of mgt. In my experience mgt (on both sides) are the biggest barrier to more of these deals so I applaud both sides and I expect shareholders will get the benefits of this both in the short and long term.

I dont expect anyone on Hotcopper has their head around the Janus business so the devil may be in the detail.
