The links all go to the same place, so it doesn't mean much. There is no URL in the back end provided yet for the US, but all other links relate to OUS which I'm taking as "outside US", noting that Canada has its own unique URL.
Its positive to see the option listed, but experience with this means nothing without an announcement to market. Im hoping something comes soon though
