After - ALL THAT TIME , with no apologies, no real updates or explanations re the beyond reasonable delays within the Victorian Mines Dept, and the confounding final awarding of the exploration areas.

I would never go to live in Victoria- too centralised in processes and decision maker public servants might appear “professional” etc , but unreal decisions, unacceptable delays and slowness, bureaucracy.

The decision therefore simply came and went - all the asx hopeful companies who put in major submissions, all missed out including Catalyst .
