Paying a dividend in the near future would be a terrible idea for UML. They need to rebuild cash reserves - possibly to the point that Dargues can be developed with minimal debt (or none) when the gold price is more favourable.
Who knows what other opportunities may come about if they have some cash in the bank. Take a look at NST and their aquisitions to see what's possible in the current gold climate.
