We need some runs on the board with consistent quarterly production. I am all for dividends or listed option issue. If they can keep cash flow positive and move the cash holding higher. They company can issue some listed options to the directors or purchase them on the market at the theoretical exercise price (I thin there is a calc for this). I don't like this business of unlisted options.

Dividends keep the shareholders happy. options put skin in the game and provide a way to raise capital. Giving the directors time to find underwriters for the Options at exercise time.
