Given the current SP they would need to issue a minimum of 5 billion new shares just to raise the bottom end of your cost estimate. Years of waiting for them to actually do anything. Endless delays which they are famous for.
I just don't think most of us would live long enough to see what BS story they could come up with at the end of this.
