J8 You are right and I hope the company does report "material and/or price sensitive". It would not be good if the VC investors get to know more than the majority of shareholders.
So far they way they have released that statement looks more like a bad PR misstep. Other companies face similar timeline issues but still manage to put a report to the shareholders with the quarterly financials. (eg) Anteo (ADO). Too much silence will not do much for the company on the markets.
