my question as well. Likely multiple tumours but could be multiple timepoints during the treatment. Hard to interpret the correlation, a good poster should make it abundantly clear. Anyway I would actually be plotting the tumour reduction over time to show the rate of change between the two groups, rather than correlation with antibody levels. Hypothesise that if HER-vaxx beneficial is should have a faster rate of tumour reduction than chemo alone
