How far had they got through the deposit? Isn't this a shut due to -
1 - not enough Au to keep propping it up
2 - Not enough Au eq from Pb and Zn?
I was at Hera in 2017 and remember them saying then it had 4 years left in it, so they strung it along a bit more.
