I thought AG came across quite well in that call and it's clear he has his finger on the pulse. Before jumping into sourcing a new CEO I'd like the board to give him at least until after the March qtr in the role to see how he executes his Hera C&M plan and lines up the Fed funding.... and if it's going as planned then offer him the role ongoing.
It sounded like the new CFO was caught on the hop a little, but I'll give him the chance to be better prepped for the next call.
