I'm confused by this

A MD and CEO are exactly the same thing, it's just that MD is a British term and CEO is a US Term.

It's obvious the resignation is an admission of guilt, but then making yourself a CEO is unheard of. Has anyone ever heard of this occurring before?

I just feel this is the same as apologising for something and then doing absolutely nothing to stop it from occurring again or saying sorry for something and turning around a minute later and saying No I'm not.

Although The company probably wouldn't of made it through without Kairaitis. But I feel
It sort of shows the lack of respect this board has for its shareholders. And whilst they are stil there nothing much will change. They need to proove they can be trusted and so far they are not. They are still lacking when it comes too continuous disclosure. .

Glad Aurelia has finally shred 1 director pitty it wasn't Menzies or some of the others whom have over stayed there welcome.
