    yea and there is no sellers under 16c at the moment, so even someone buy few shares it will jump back to 16c.
    Drop on low volume can scare impatient holders but can be a bargain for the others.

    I remember IXC was similar. SP dropped on low volume, people sold off around 50c, the SP is now $1.2 i was in 40% loss and now i am 43% gain.

    The Market cap is ridiculously low, maybe still off radar.
