The silver lining is that the raise was for only $1m so there is less share dilution than otherwise could have been possible. Last placement was quickly swallowed, indicating strong support.
Share register in recent times remains tightly held.
All CR with ILT has historically never been under the IPO price of $0.21. (I previously incorrectly noted 0.23 in the past).
So there is a great baseline value for the stock that is respected by raise participants.
I remain optimistic for great growth with ILT pending further exploration updates.
