Its going to move north sooner or later. The market will speak when it speaks. A resource like this isn't going to stay at such low valuation forever, especially consideing its likely to grow substantially from the exploration target. Lots of newsflow on the way for rest of year and the MRE will get this on the radar of bigger buyers/institutions.
