Hard to see, at this point, sellers giving up there shares easily at lower levels with it approaching closer to the timeline on when a approval decision is expected - roughly 6 to 8 weeks from heritage clearance which took place on July 22. So currently sitting in week 6. Perhaps any day now based on that timeframe.
