I agree that you wouldn’t use aircore for drilling fresh rock pegmatites. But you need to think of this aircore as just an improved soil sample in the oxide, being used to define future RC/DD drill targets due to the north being under cover. Look at how TG6 successfully used soil samples to identify fresh rock blind pegmatites. It worked. If you go running in with RC/DD first up, chances are most holes will be dusters as they don’t know where the pegmatites are. The market does not like it when RC/DD return poor results. Sporadic AC results get explained to the market like soil samples, where a systematic grid is drilled to build a low-level fundamental database to enable future drill testing.
