No salesmanship, just a prompt and professional reply.
Those with short attention spans are frustrated but honestly I couldn't give a rats. Those with a longer term horizon understand the regulatory hoops that must be jumped through and the slothlike pace of our public servants.
Now if they get all the clearances and take 3 months to get a driller or 2 on-site, then I might get fidgety myself, lol!
