Getting a 199m section of 4 1/2" liner in a 8 1/2" hole should be peanuts, even at this depth and temperature and pressure environment.

importantly MEO will get at least 1 flow test over a much thicker section than H-2, and in all likelihood will still be able to flow test the lower section.
