    Isn't this exact reason MEO would hire ENI to work for them ? In the case of a disaster occurring MEO shouldn't have to pay anything ENI are at fault? It's the reason any company uses 3rd party vendors, they defiantly don't use 3rd party vendors to save money. It's about covering your ass.
