    I believe "no reportable incidents" is purely from an HSE point of view.

    Hopefully the slotted liner gets to bottom and both sections get tested. As has been mentioned by others, it has taken a long time to get the top section cased off so there will be uncertainty if the 4.5" liner can get to bottom. I guess next weeks announcement will answer that.
