This is not much of a position to be in, having 3 projects and no capital to get them going. The MIN deal might be done or they might be just negotiating, because they have very little to lose, but that is yet to be seen. If we can re-negotiate with MIN/another JV partner or see any positive signs, we should recover. It would be disappointing if they walked away completely considering how long they have taken.
