Sheesh guys, give Ms Gray a chance to tap into her experience and resources before passing judging on the new appointment. Let's not forget she will have considered this role very carefully and we have to assume that during her own personal due diligence she will have seen stuff we haven't yet and that was enough to get her across the line. And may I suggest she knows a lot more about the sector than any of the contributors on this blog!!

Would just like to see her become a shareholder under her own steam.
