Bit vague this one - Hexima is finalising arrangements with developing this with Acrux - "it may not wish...with Acrux". Does that mean it may consider taking it further elsewhere?. The patents were lodged jointly so who is the owner of this at the end of the day? - Hexima or Acrux?. How much was spent on this and what are the benefits, if any, derived from both parties?.
so our executive chairman is also involved with Hexima - per Annual Report - "Acrux DDS Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Acrux Limited, entered into two research and commercialisation collaboration agreements with Hexima Limited on 8 October 2013. Ross Dobinson is the Executive Chairman of Hexima Limited".
that states that two agreements were entered into - wonder if per chance they were both the ones mentioned last year and commented on in the February 2014 investor report? - anyone know.?. And wonder whether the collaboration on the other product will continue with Hexima or whether that will be pulled at some stage as well?. Wonder what has been expended to date?. who is to end up owning what has been done and the patents and for what value???
please clarify this for us management - as SH's are we not privy to this?.
