I was taken by the line that went something like...'increase in US compensation for retention and industry alignment'. Obviously the industry peers HFA competes with must be doing ok and with suitable staff in short supply. From my limited knowledge this must be about the only sector of the financial industry in such good shape. At least we get a divvie again.
