Bought back in today (small parcel) after a while on the sidelines. Hopefully Regal is almost out by now, if not I’ll reload if they push the price down further. Wouldn’t be surprised to see ST1 have a crack at HFY in due course, it would certainly be accretive and they have the balance sheet (cash) and SP (scrip) to do it...not that my thesis here is not reliant on M&A, HFY is attractive on a standalone basis based on the current EV and growth profile.
