Let's just deduct the cash on balance sheet to get an Hubify Enterprise Value of $4.4m
So currently trading at 1x EBITDA and just 0.4x revenue
Soon time for the board to start a share buy back...don't go crazy...just $2m, or 20% of the company.
Maybe make it a tender off at a 30% premium to VWAP and get rid of some of the lame duck shareholders
