    Another deal which is good news.

    The other issue is Regal. They are down to 9.5m shares, so not far to go and the ceiling on the share price will be removed.

    This announcement might explain why directors haven't bought any in recent weeks. Hopefully they will return to soak up the outstanding Regal shares.
