if a platform 4 is announced then the rocket will continue to be grounded. Mission launch cancelled.
Platform 4 is unlikely though, as 4DS have used the term “out-of-fab” meaning Third Platform Lot is it and any further optimisation work that can continue to increase the value of our technology will be done at Stanford Nano fabrication facility.
