I dont hold HHL now. I sold when the shit hit the fan.
I have never seen any 'ethical value' in SOL's charter  or process and dont understand the reasoning  for the deal except corporate profit ..maybe an old favour.
Not that there's anything wrong with that .
I.M.O. SOL did the deal with Hall for what ever value they can squeeze from within the HHL empire HHV being the better jewel.I think Pegana is just an extension of SOL so I expect their projected dividend is a foregone conclusion. It will settle in the range of 4%-%.5% >??????
