great post, thanks rester, I am not sure if hhv have options outstanding but I am in a couple of other LICs and that will be something I will check on. getting a little disillusioned with the LICs..... ishares and others have asx listed enitities which just attempt to follow the index they are attached to by buying 85-90% of the companies on the index. the costs look low and although a little boring it could be an option to consider outside the LIC sphere. I will check out GID, that is interesting. that will be part of why the hhv shareprice has been savagely whacked today.
